Rehoming and Transportation, Options and Fees

Please be aware that we we are very experienced with pet travel both domestically and internationally and will work hard to make it as inexpensive as possible while accommodating your travel preferences and schedule. Additionally, we will provide a good-faith estimate for any selection that involves fees before accepting your commitment to a pet. Finally, rest-assured that we assume full responsibility for the investment in your pet until they arrive safely at the agreed upon destination.

Prospective International Owners: If you are a prospective international owner, you may wish to review the importation requirements for you country via the APHIS website. Please note that additional fees may apply beyond those listed below depending upon the import requirements of your country. If you’ve reviewed your Country’s requirements on the APHIS website and wish to move forward, please contact us for a detailed estimate, if any, of additional fees.

Pickup at Royalworth:

We’re most happy to have visitors by appointment, and if you’re able, you may enjoy visiting and seeing where you’re pup comes from. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Pick up at MCO, TPA or PIE International Airports:

We’re most happy to meet visitors at any of three international airports, Orlando International Airport, Tampa International Airport or Clearwater/St. Petersburg International Airport. Fees generally correspond to the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate OR gas plus $30/hr. (USD) round-trip, whichever is higher.

Ground Transit:

We’re able to provide ground travel with an experienced Travel Nanny. Fees generally correspond to the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate OR gas plus $30/hr. (USD) round-trip, whichever is higher.

Train Transit:

We’re able to provide transportation by train with an experienced Travel Nanny. Fees Fees generally run $275.00 (USD) for every 7.5-hours of travel plus expenses. Expenses general include the cost of tickets for the Travel Nanny and pup. Due to gas prices, in some cases this may be the more cost-effective to bring your pup home. Air Transit:

We’re able to provide in-cabin air travel to most places n the world with an experienced Travel Nanny. Generally, this is travel to your closest international airport, but may be combined with ground transportation for door-to-door hand delivery. Fees generally run $275.00 (USD) for every 7.5-hours of travel plus expenses. Expenses general include air-fare for the Travel Nanny and pup, as well as car rental and gas, if door-to-door delivery is requested. Rarely, but dependent upon airline schedules, an overnight stay may also be required and would incur a moderate hotel fee.
